7-day money back is applicable on entire Lighting Solutions range of DHC. The 7-day period will be counted from the 3rd day of product delivery date.
For example, if our products are delivered to you on 1st February 2024, then we will count 4th February as the start date and 10th February as end date for the money back guarantee. 3-day buffer is given so customer can visit local dealers or mechanics to install the product. Hence, technically customer gets a 10 Day money back period from the date of delivery

No, the warranty will not void. All our products are 100% plug and play, no wire cut is required while installing our products. Expect when installing, PL45 and PL55. They work on plug and play mode when running on standard low beam, but if customer wants to use the high beam function in these products then a minor alteration is required.
