Returns & Exchanges Policy

  • Customers who wish to return or exchange a product must request a return authorization within 7 days of receiving their purchase.
  • Returns and exchanges will only be accepted for products that are undamaged, have not been burnt, have not been cracked, have not been scratched, have not been disassembled, have not been submerged in water, have not been broken, are in working condition, and with all original packaging and accessories.
  • If the returned or exchanged product is burnt, damaged, broken, or disassembled by theuser no refund will be initiated
  • The customer will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning or exchanging the item.
  • Returned and exchanged items will be inspected upon receipt and must meet the conditions outlined in this policy in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • Returned and exchanged items must be shipped with a traceable method
  • Refunds will be issued within 14 business days of receiving the returned item, in the form of the original payment method. Provided the goods are received in their original condition
  • Customers must provide proof of purchase when requesting a return or exchange.
  • If an exchange is requested, the customer will be responsible for any price difference and shipping cost for the exchanged item.
  • An exchange is guaranteed if the delivered product does not fit in the users car, the goods are damaged from the company end, or goods are damaged in transit.

2. Shipping Costs

We offer free delivery PAN India. International shipping depends on the location and product ordered. If a customer requests a return then the delivery charges will be borne by the customer.

3. Order Processing Time

We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within 1 business day from the date of order. However it may take longer.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment. Please allow some time for tracking information to become available, as it may take a day or two to update in the carrier's system.

5. International Shipping

For international orders, please be aware that customs duties, taxes, or other fees may be applicable in your country. These fees are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs policies and import regulations vary by country, so it's important to check with your local customs office for information on any potential charges.

The shipping charges depend on the product you choose and its volume metric weight. The shipping charges to be borne by the customer. All shipping charges for refund or exchange to be borne by the customer

When you buy and instal a new product, we may ask you to register your purchase electronically. If you haven't previously registered with us, we create a personal profile for you from your product registration information. If you ever want to review or update that information, you can visit the Profile Center, click on Update Profile, and edit any of the Personal Information in your profile. If you haven't already created a Registration ID, we will ask you to do so. This ensures that only you can access your information.

What We Do With The Information You Share

When you join us, you provide us with your contact information, including name and email address.
