Returns & Exchanges Policy


Policy for E-commerce sale ( goods shipped by DHC Autoslutions )

  • Customers who wish to return or exchange a product must request a return authorization within 7 days of receiving their purchase.
  • Returns and exchanges will only be accepted for products that are undamaged, have not been burnt, have not been cracked, have not been scratched, have not been disassembled, have not been submerged in water, have not been broken, are in working condition, and with all original packaging and accessories.
  • If the returned or exchanged product is burnt, damaged, broken, or disassembled by theuser no refund will be initiated
  • The customer will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning or exchanging the item.
  • Returned and exchanged items will be inspected upon receipt and must meet the conditions outlined in this policy in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • Returned and exchanged items must be shipped with a traceable method
  • Refunds will be issued within 14 business days of receiving the returned item, in the form of the original payment method. Provided the goods are received in their original condition
  • Customers must provide proof of purchase when requesting a return or exchange.
  • If an exchange is requested, the customer will be responsible for any price difference and shipping cost for the exchanged item.
  • An exchange is guaranteed if the delivered product does not fit in the users car, the goods are damaged from the company end, or goods are damaged in transit.
